First day of the Marché du Film, first sale: Strand Releasing has acquired North American rights to ACID title DRUKEN NOODLES, the latest English-language feature from Argentinian-born, New York–based filmmaker Lucio Castro.

We're proud to acquire Drunken Noodles, the latest feature from Argentinian-born, NYC-based filmmaker Lucio Castro. An English-language erotic tale with surreal undertones, the film will world premiere next month in Cannes’ ACID sidebar.

We are overjoyed to share that DREAMS (SEX LOVE) by Dag Johan Haugerud has been awarded the Golden Bear at Berlinale, while LIVING THE LAND by Huo Meng has received the Silver Bear for Best Director.
